

If you are a Zoom Phone customer and would like to have this option included in the Outlook add-in, please deploy the Outlook add-in manually with the manifest file.

The Zoom for Outlook add-in hosted by the O365 web store does not include the Zoom Phone option.If you receive an error when installing that says you are prohibited or do not have the correct permissions, you will need to contact your IT admin for assistance.

If you only have an IMAP account, use add-in on the Outlook web app.

If Outlook is NOT able to start in safe mode, then try the next proposed solution below, entitled Create a new Outlook profile. You'll need to disable all of your add-ins before restarting Outlook, as described in the following procedures: If Outlook is able to start in safe mode, then the problem is likely with one of your add-ins. The Outlook icon on your taskbar includes an exclamation symbol to alert you the program isn't operating normally. How do you know you're working in safe mode? You'll see a label similar to the one below at the top of the screen.
